Katy's Weekly Adventure:

My week was a week of creative problem-solving with getting a car fixed in a 'signicantly short period of time' per my insurance company!

I'm still working on getting the estimate from the insurance company. Sunday is 2 weeks - yep, that is a SHORT time per insurance! Who knew?!?!?

I have also learned that parts are no longer being manufactured for my Fiat. I have found a local shop that put me on to salvage yards to find new seats. I'm grateful for family around the country who are willing to drive 2 hours to pick-up new-to-me seats for me! Aren't I blessed!

While I await the estimator, I still get to have fun getting in to my car by reaching across the middle console to prop the driver's door open with a yoga mat and then come back around to get into the driver's door. I have never thought about the inconvenience of NOT having a driver's side door handle..... it's the little things, isn't it???
